Conocen el trabajo, comprenden el flujo de trabajo y se han ganado la confianza del equipo. Pero lo que les hizo grandes en una funci\u00f3n no siempre les prepara para las exigencias del liderazgo. Dirigir un turno es diferente de dirigir un equipo. Gestionar tareas no es lo mismo que dirigir personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esa transici\u00f3n es donde muchas empresas se quedan cortas. Un buen trabajador no se convierte autom\u00e1ticamente en un buen l\u00edder sin apoyo, formaci\u00f3n y un cambio en la forma de ver su papel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 debe cambiar el papel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un gestor mantiene la producci\u00f3n en marcha. En un lugar de trabajo o en una l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n, ese supervisor marca la pauta de c\u00f3mo se comunican los equipos, c\u00f3mo se resuelven los problemas y c\u00f3mo se mantienen las normas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando los supervisores s\u00f3lo se centran en hacer cumplir las normas y marcar casillas, crean un equipo que hace lo m\u00ednimo. Cuando entrenan, comunican y responsabilizan a las personas de la forma correcta, crean equipos que se apropian del trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo es el liderazgo en la empresa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n en liderazgo no tiene por qu\u00e9 implicar palabras de moda corporativas. Para los supervisores de la industria y la construcci\u00f3n, significa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exigir a las personas que cumplan unas expectativas claras sin microgestionarlas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprender a corregir los problemas sin agravar el conflicto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saber cu\u00e1ndo intervenir y cu\u00e1ndo dejar que un trabajador asuma su responsabilidad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ser el ejemplo de seguridad, urgencia y respeto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comunicar las prioridades del puesto de trabajo en t\u00e9rminos sencillos, sin suposiciones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas son las herramientas que ayudan a un empleado fuerte a asumir un papel de liderazgo con confianza. Sin ellas, se limitan a lo que saben hacer: hacer el trabajo ellos mismos en lugar de guiar a otros para que lo hagan mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formaci\u00f3n eficaz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un seminario de un d\u00eda no servir\u00e1 de mucho. Los supervisores necesitan formaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica adaptada a su entorno.
